Daniel brings a unique perspective to the insurance industry as it is his second major career after a ten-year career in the tech industry. He has worked with over 2,500 different local government organizations, non-profits, and privately held businesses regarding their capital planning and macro business analytics. He started his own firm to apply his unique eye for breaking down business overspend and is bringing those skills and his decades-long experience to his clients to help them analyze their overall benefits package. He has been a featured speaker for his local SHRM chapter, a mega-chapter across the US, and has been a speaker at the Healthcare Innovation Congress. He is one of the newest members in the NextGen Mastermind Group and is on pace to have the fastest growing year ever. 

He is a military veteran and is passionate about giving back to that community. He hosts a golf tournament each year to support charitable causes. His passions include the military community, playing/watching sports, camping, and spending time with his wife, Anna, his son, Arthur, and his four-legged friends, Copper and Tito.
